Each member family has a general member number (1-4 digits), with individual members having a specific number in the format: "XXXX-XXX." For example, 0123-000.
First-time login:

Username:
The first four digits will be your general member number. If your general number has fewer than four digits, add leading zeros (e.g., if your number is 23, your username will start as 0023).
Then, add a dash (“-”).
The last three digits typically represent the member type:

• “000” for the primary adult male member,
• “001” for the adult female member,
• “002,” “003,” etc. for children in age order.

If your numbers differ from this pattern, please contact us for your specific username.

Example:
If the family member numbers are:

• John Doe (primary): 0123-000
• Jane Doe (spouse): 0123-001
• Sam Doe (child): 0123-002

Then the usernames will be:

• John: 0123-000
• Jane: 0123-001
• Sam: 0123-002

Password:
Your last name in all lowercase letters.
After logging in, you’ll be prompted to change your username and password.
